“Empowering young people to overcome their challenges “

Hello, my name is Chloe Farmer I am a licensed NLP practitioner based in Tendring, Essex. I work with children from the age of 7 as well as teenagers and adults, providing 1:1 therapy sessions.

Through 1:1 sessions I help to give people the resources through various NLP techniques and strategies to combat their challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, exam stress and many more.

Having experienced mental health challenges  myself during my childhood I understand the importance of having support available. This really made me passionate about ensuring young peoples’ mental health is put first.

I studied Law at Kent University preparing to become a solicitor with a strong interest in mental health law. Through undertaking various positions within law, I realised that the law was not as compassionate as I would like it to be. I wanted to really make a difference to people’s lives through giving them the help and support they needed to really empower them to live their best life.

I worked on a case where there was a great injustice and a young girl sadly lost her life to anorexia nervosa, where she simply did not get the support she needed, where various institutions failed her completely. This really highlighted for me that even though these institutions had great intentions to provide help and support, there are a lot of people who fell through the cracks or did not get the help that worked for them.

My attraction to NLP was the practical nature of it and how the therapy techniques were quick, fun, and extremely effective. I came across NLP4Kids and become very excited about the prospect of helping young people overcome their challenges and ensure they can live happier brighter futures.
